Quality and Safty Standards:
All plants are under register in CIQ
All plants are with ISO, HACCP, or EU Authentication

Quality and Safty Control:
1. Select modern plants. Modern equipments and high-standard design are used for temperature control of plants, workshops and cold storages, modern processing equipments and processing line are also adopted. All are completely in accordance with HACCP or EU quality system standard.
2. Strictly supervise raw material base, control environmental sanitary of the base, and use safe and standarded quality feed. During breeding of raw fish, detection of bacteria, antibiotics, and drug residues will be done at different stages to ensure their standarded quality of HACCP and EU.
3. Before processing, inspection of raw fish will be done to ensure fresh water farm-raised fish donot have mud flavor, and to ensure all raw fish are not excessive in bacteria, antibiotics, and drug residues.
4. Every processing step is strictly executed and regulated under ISO and HACCP quality system, so that product health and safety are guaranteed.
5. Strict control and regulation on product packaging, avoid any contamination during packaging.
6. All products will be inspected by CIQ before exporting, tracing of the exported products and service for clients will be done to the end.
